This practice is deliberately small. Kirsis Perez, ARNP, FNP holds full practice authority in Florida, which means she evaluates, diagnoses, orders the labs, and prescribes without waiting on another signature. You see her each time, and the plan picks up where it left off.

One monthly price, everything primary care included
Visits, messages and refills are covered by the membership. Nothing is billed at a visit and nothing goes to an insurer.

One-time enrollment fee of $99 per adult, children free. No charge at any visit. Month to month, cancel with thirty days' notice. Labs are billed separately at the practice's cost.
